Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing in-home ABA services throughout the Danbury Connecticut area. The role offers flexible hours and meaningful impact working with children and families in their homes.

You will conduct assessments, develop customized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, coach parents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care in alignment with BACB

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Connecticut Behavior Analyst Licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the New Haven area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
