Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans for clients with autism and related disorders. This part-time role involves guiding certified behavior technicians, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and adapting treatment plans as clients progress.

The BCBA will lead assessments, data analysis, and ongoing plan adjustments while maintaining current certification and applying best practices in ABA

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA certification
Strong grounding in ABA principles, theories and techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities

Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans for clients with autism and related disorders
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop treatment plans with the team
Provide guidance and oversight to certified behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to refine and modify treatment plans based on client progress
Stay current with ABA best practices and maintain BCBA certification
