Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Medford, MA team on a part-time basis. The BCBA will design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans, provide ABA therapy, and collaborate with BCaBAs, RBTs, and families to ensure high-quality care in home and center settings.

The role requires BACB certification, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) certification required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if traveling to clients' homes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for assigned clients.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven interventions.
• Provide direct ABA therapy services in-home or in-center.
• Collaborate with BCaBAs, RBTs, and families to ensure consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and receive feedback.
