Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, and collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team to ensure continuity of care across local and regional levels.

You’ll provide family-focused support, interpret assessments, and maintain high clinical standards while using advanced data collection tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or candidate status within 3 months—students welcome.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change behaviors in children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and celebrate skill gains with families.
• Engage families in discussions to explain assessments and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying concerns and communicating them.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Assist with moving and positioning during sessions as needed (physical activity).
