Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.

• Familiarity with Massachusetts DPH/DESE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related developmental disabilities
• Provide ABA therapy services in-home and in community-based settings, utilizing evidence-based methods and techniques
• Supervise and train new staff members, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory and agency requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in the field
