Key Autism Services is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to provide high-quality behavioral services across home-based, center-based, or hybrid settings in Colorado. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise behavior plans, and mentor BTs/RBTs while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team.

The role emphasizes flexibility, mentorship, and sustainable work-life balance, with options for remote planning and on-site clinical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification with eligible LABA where state requires.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience supervising BCBA/BTs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and progress documentation.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs; provide caregiver coaching.
