Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team across multiple states. You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, coach caregivers, and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve client outcomes.

This home-based role offers flexibility with center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules, and access to internal CEUs, mentorship, and dedicated support teams to

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• LABA certification as required by state.
• Reliable transportation for home-based visits.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
