Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families with autism across multiple states, with options for center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules.

As a BCBA, you will assess and treat individuals, supervise staff, coach caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Strong mentorship, growth, and flexible work-life balance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
