Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a dedicated BCBA (Part-Time) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across multiple settings in the United States. The role emphasizes flexibility, mentorship, and sustainable work-life balance, with options for center-based, in-home, or hybrid scheduling.

Expect collaboration with intake, credentialing, and billing teams to support clinical care and client outcomes. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and coach families, while

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification where state requires it.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Comfortable delivering home-based services and collaborating with families.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
