Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the United States. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and monitor client progress with data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role supports flexible scheduling, home-based or center-based settings, and access to mentorship, internal CEUs, and advancement opportunities within a supportive

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification must be active.
• LABA certification where state requires it.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to provide home-based services and collaborate with families.
• Able to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
