Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking experienced BCBAs to join our collaborative clinical team across multiple settings in the United States. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based behavior plans, and mentor BTs/RBTs while coordinating with families and clinicians to optimize outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling with home-based, center-based, or hybrid arrangements, plus substantial professional development and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clinical teams and mentor staff.
• Experience delivering and supervising ABA services to children and families.
• Experience analyzing treatment data and adjusting plans.
• Willingness to provide home-based services and coordinate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
