Job summary

Bronson Club at Storey Lake in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a friendly Part-Time Bartender to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management. You will craft classic and innovative drinks, engage guests, and contribute to a memorable bar experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, excellent mixing and service skills, and proficiency with POS systems. ServSafe or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Excellent knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing and service.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks and snacks.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and present bar menu.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age and restock inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and comply with regulations.
