Barrel House Bistro in Bradenton, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time bartender who can mix, pour, and serve beverages in a fast-paced setting. You will handle opening and closing duties, cash handling, and guest interactions while maintaining inventory and compliance with state liquor laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties; Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages while assisting in cost control and inventory.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Handles guest requests and concerns with the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties, cash control and restocking.
• Uses POS system for orders and transactions.
• Coordinates with banquet events and serves catered parties.
