Job summary

Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL is seeking a motivated Bartender to craft beverages and deliver memorable guest experiences under Troon’s hospitality leadership.

You will stock, mix, and serve cocktails, assist with seasonal menu development, and manage POS transactions while maintaining inventory and compliance with liquor laws. The role includes banquet support, social media content input, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages and assists in inventory."
• Assists in creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development.
• Manages social media content scheduling and posting.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Handles cash, uses POS system, and balances checks.
• Supports banquet events and catered parties as needed.
• Open/close duties including inventory and cleaning.
