Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Bartender to join Troon, a global leader in golf and private club management. You will stock, mix and serve beverages, assist in inventory and cost control, and ensure compliance with state liquor laws.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of bartending experience or training, 21+ to serve alcohol, and knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsabilidades

• Stock bar and serve alcoholic beverages; assist in inventory and cost control.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor supplies.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicate guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Open and close duties including cash handling and cleanup.
• Use the POS system for transactions.
• Review banquet schedules and serve at catered events.
• May also serve meals to guests.
