Troon is hiring a part-time Club House Bartender at Lakewood National Golf Club in Bradenton, FL. The role requires a minimum of 1 year bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails and wines. Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Stock, mix, and serve alcoholic beverages while assisting with inventory and cost control.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Take guest requests and relay to management.
• Handle opening/closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Process checks and cash using POS.
• Review banquet schedules and events.
• Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serve meals to guests.
• Follow safe work practices.

Pay

$13.00 per hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes, and serves alcoholic beverages; assists in cost control, inventory, and maintaining inventory records
• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products; communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed
• Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
• Performs opening and closing duties that include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilizes Point of Sale System
• Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars
• Occasionally serves meals to guestsIncorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
• Must have minimum 1 year of bartending experience
• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties
