Our client, a financial services company, is seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Barista / Office Coffee Program Specialist to manage and deliver an exceptional daily coffee experience. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality espresso beverages, maintaining a well-organized coffee bar, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates independently, and is passionate about specialty coffee and customer service. This role is Monday-Friday from 7a-2:30pm, approximately 35 hours a week.

Coffee Service & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve expert-level espresso and specialty coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards for coffee quality, presentation, and customer experience.
• Educate customers and guests on coffee offerings when appropriate.

Customer Experience & Hospitality

• Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment that enhances the workplace experience.
• Build positive relationships through exceptional service and professionalism.

Coffee Bar Operations

• Independently manage the day-to-day operation of the coffee bar.
• Ensure the coffee station remains clean, organized, and fully operational throughout the day.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and elevate maintenance needs when necessary.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Monitor inventory levels for coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and related supplies.
• Communicate supply needs to management to support weekly ordering processes.
• Receive deliveries, restock inventory, and maintain organized storage areas.
