Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a part-time team member to provide warm, attentive service to guests at events and in the restaurant. You will assist with setup, serve beverages, and help ensure a smooth guest experience in a boutique hotel setting.

Located at 24 West Franklin Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, this role requires strong communication, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a collaborative spirit to work with kitchen and event staff during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the setup staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
