Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a part-time hospitality team member to deliver exceptional guest service at our downtown Baltimore location. You will assist with event setup, ensure food and beverage quality, and support kitchen-to-guest communications to guarantee smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and AV needs.
• Assist the setup staff in table, buffet, and bar setup.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for functions.
• Provide prompt, professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen regarding changes.
