Job summary

Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a part-time Guest Services/Banquet Server to support events at our downtown Baltimore property. You will review BEOs, assist with table and bar setup, and ensure food and beverages are presented and served to guests professionally.

You will work with a friendly team, handle high-pressure situations with grace, and maintain a high standard of guest service, including communication with the kitchen for timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for menu, room setup, food and beverage needs.
• Assist set up staff with table, buffet, and bar setup.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for functions.
• Provide prompt and professional service to guests.
• Communicate with the kitchen to update any changes.
