Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local/state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS (or TEAM) certification, and comply with state training requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tables, service stations, and work areas clean and organized during events.
• Clear tables, reset place settings, and uphold presentation standards.
• Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown as needed.
