Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring Banquet Server(s) to help create memorable events at our properties. You will service guests during receptions, meetings, and banquets, ensuring smooth service and attention to detail.

We value teamwork, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Training is provided to learn brand standards for buffet, plated, and reception-style meals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Experience in serving/hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during events.
• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens according to BEOs.
• Must be able to carry trays of food and service multiple course meals.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
