Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS (or equivalent) alcohol-service certification.
• A food handler certification may also be required based on state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage services to guests at catered events.
• Support service styles from casual buffets to formal plated meals.
• Work under the Banquet Captain and Banquet Supervisor; assist in setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure timely, attentive, and professional service during events.
