Qualifications

• Experience in banquet serving, catering, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Clear tables and assist with cleanup after events, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
