Responsabilités

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by assisting banking needs and educating customers on self-service options
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud
• Recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products and strengthen customer relationships
• Support branch operations and maintain a clean, welcoming work area
• Possibly assist other nearby branches based on business needs
