Qualificações

• Level I requires 6 months of customer service experience.
• Level II requires 1 year of cash handling and customer service in financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies quickly.
• Gains knowledge of bank activities and compliance with banking laws.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains a cash drawer.
• Promotes bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Assists with branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Participates in general branch administrative duties.
