Heritage Bank NW's Freeland Branch is seeking a part-time bank teller to assist customers with routine transactions and professional service. You will build relationships, handle cash accurately, promote bank products, and support branch sales initiatives. This onsite role requires strong English communication, basic computer skills, and compliance with banking regulations.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with flexibility to cover training or absences.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months customer service experience required for Level I.
• 1 year recent cash handling and customer service experience in financial services industry required for Level II.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provides exceptional customer service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Contributes to branch administrative duties as required.
