Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in line with bank policies.
