Qualifications

Must have customer service experience.
Must be able to put clients first and deliver friendly service.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to help clients achieve goals.
Handle branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
