Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations with account servicing and new accounts, following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and cross-team collaboration to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM responsibilities, in line with bank procedures.
