• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while following policies.
