Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality, delivering banking solutions and technology-enabled service to clients. You will build trusted relationships and help clients reach their financial goals through knowledgeable product guidance and proactive service.

You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on digital tools, and support branch operations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
