Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver hospitality and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank procedures.
