Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand and deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers through Chase's digital tools while building trusted relationships.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to banking policies to support branch success and customer financial goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
Ability to build trusted relationships and engage clients.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash handling with vaults/ATMs in line with bank policies.
