TD Bank in Paramus, New Jersey is hiring an Associate Banker II for a 20-hour weekly schedule. As a trusted partner to clients, you will deliver everyday banking, open basic consumer accounts, and provide a welcoming, high-touch experience while guiding customers through TD’s digital tools.

You will engage customers, identify needs, and refer to specialists as needed, handling transactions accurately and adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and manage client inquiries.
• Deliver everyday banking transactions and educate clients on products.
• Proactively identify client needs and refer to appropriate specialists.
• Maintain compliance with TD risk and regulatory standards.
• Support hospitality and high-touch client experience at the branch.
