Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers or equivalent demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of banking tasks, including everyday transactions and account openings.
• Educate customers on products and services to help meet financial goals.
• Build relationships through lead generation and referrals to teammates.
• Open/close personal deposit accounts and service basic banking needs.
• Assist customers with digital banking and card issues as needed.
