Job summary

Capitol Federal Savings Bank in Wichita, KS is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers with account transactions, advise on products and services, and ensure a friendly, efficient banking experience in lobby, drive-thru, or by telephone.

You will balance cash, open and maintain accounts, answer inquiries, and collaborate with team to meet department goals, while complying with laws and bank policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience or more.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and balance cashbox daily.
• Assist customers with opening and maintaining retail and safe deposit accounts.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries, research issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist other departments and branches as needed; support branch management.
• Handle branch opening and closing duties and daily vault tasks as assigned.
