Responsibilities

• Make 15–20 in-person cold calls and 15–20 follow-ups daily.
• Visit insurance agencies, hotels, multi-family complexes, and commercial facilities to drop marketing collateral.
• Identify facility managers and regional directors using social media and public records.
• Log leads and contacts into the Work Operating System in real time.
• Conduct 12 ERP programs annually to document facility details.
