Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider with a dedicated NP or PA assisting you, collaborating to deliver high-quality patient care.

This full-time role offers growth opportunities toward Medical Director/Attending Physician leadership, with the chance to expand clinical and administrative responsibilities within the organization.

Competenze

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and LTC.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Ability to navigate multi-level facilities and perform exams while assisting with mobility.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds in collaboration with NPs and PAs.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
