Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee the primary medical care for residents at our SNF facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider for the patients, ensuring their overall health and well-being, with a dedicated NP or PA to support you in this role.

This part-time role (1 day per week) offers meaningful impact on seniors, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to lead a healthcare team across facilities.

Formación

• Board-certified physician with primary care and long-term care experience.
• Ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Willingness to perform patient rounds and manage care in SNF facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses; manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and advance care with residents/families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and specialists.
