Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
