The role provides administrative support for Graduate Studies, coordinates outreach and articulation with community colleges, and serves as the liaison between the Associate Dean and faculty, staff, and other university offices.
The position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in clerical support.

The College of Technology (COT) at Purdue University Northwest(PNW) is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to theAssociate Dean. The Assistant position will provide administrativesupport for Graduate Studies to the Associate Dean and assistcommunity college outreach and articulation. This position willserve as the principal functional liaison between the AssociateDean, and the COT Dean, Department heads, faculty, staff, andstudents, as well as other University offices, such as the GraduateSchool, Enrollment Services and the International Programsoffice.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and occasional weekend (at most1 weekend a month with half-day work)
