Job summary

Acima LLC is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales and account management while delivering excellent customer service in a partner-store environment.

The role involves reviewing lease applications, promoting leasing benefits, and driving conversions across web orders and in-store activity. Must be 18+, available evenings/weekends, and proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Account Management: drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications (in-store and web).
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Report to Store Manager on store and coworker activities and performance.
• Customer Service: establish referrals and address complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
