Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager at a partner store location to support sales and credit processing while delivering excellent customer service. You will help convert applications into Acima credit customers and promote leasing benefits throughout the shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, basic MS Office skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Compensation ranges from $14.45 to $16.49 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software.
• Experience in rental or leasing is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
• Convert applications that include in-store and web orders.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and processes.
• Drive conversions and partner-store collaboration.
• Communicate store activities and performance to the Manager.
