Job summary

Acima is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales and account management. You will process credit turn-downs and web orders, promote Acima’s leasing benefits, and convert applications at partner stores.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with partner locations to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and the application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in operations and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
