Acima is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager who supports the Store Manager in sales, account management, and customer service at partner stores. You will process lease applications, educate customers on terms and benefits, and help convert inquiries into Acima credit customers.

The role requires strong communication, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to collaborate with partner locations to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with sales and account management to drive growth.
• Engage customers, explain Lease-To-Own terms and process, and promote benefits.
• Close sales by processing applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with partner stores to ensure smooth operations and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
