Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the loudest store in the mall. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruitment, and staff development while delivering an engaging in-store experience for customers.

You’ll help promote new products, drive promotions, and use data to guide sales strategies. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and developing teammates.
• Avenger-like focus on leadership, time management and customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to hit sales plans and comp goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.

• Collaborate with leadership on trends and feedback.
