Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication and recruiting skills.
• Ability to manage operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail is fast-changing; adapt quickly.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plans and goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and drive customer engagement through promotions, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership to run an operationally sound business.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ.
• Run sales reports to guide strategy and hit targets.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
