Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the loudest store in the mall. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development, while delivering an engaging in-store experience for customers and teammates.

You’ll drive promotions, merchandise planograms, and use data and reports to steer strategy. This role blends hands-on leadership with customer-focused selling in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve store goals and sales targets.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and merchandising skills.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and store reporting.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to develop team members.
• Ability to handle physical store duties (lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities
