Job summary

Dollar Tree in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and ensure the seasonal areas are maintained, while opening and closing procedures as needed.

You will supervise and train Store Associates, adhere to policies, protect company assets, and maintain a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
